SALARY: 15K TO17K(BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

EXPERIENCE: 0-3 YEARS

LANGUAGE: TAMIL,TELUGU,HINDI AND ENGLISH

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day employee queries, mediate conflicts, and resolve workplace grievances.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, track employee attendance and leaves, and assist in administering perks packages.
- Maintain accurate personnel files, update employee databases, and manage exit formalities including exit interviews.
- Ensure smooth on boarding process

Requirements:

- Any Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
