Job Title: Quality Team (QT) – DDU-GKY 2.0

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Team (QT) to monitor and maintain the quality standards of DDU-GKY training centers. The candidate will be responsible for conducting regular center monitoring, checking documentation and training quality, identifying gaps, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines and project SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular quality monitoring visits to DDU-GKY training centers.
- Monitor training center operations and ensure compliance with project guidelines and SOPs.
- Check classroom training, practical sessions, attendance, discipline, and candidate engagement.
- Verify candidate records, registers, documents, and center-level data.
- Monitor trainer performance and training delivery quality.
- Check infrastructure, equipment, classroom facilities, labs, and other center requirements.
- Identify operational and quality gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare quality monitoring reports and submit them to the Project/State Team.
- Follow up with center teams on corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor candidate attendance, retention, training progress, assessment, certification, and placement-related activities.
- Support preparation for government inspections, audits, third-party assessments, and monitoring visits.
- Ensure proper maintenance of center documentation and evidence as required.
- Cross-check MIS/data with physical records and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain quality-related checklists, inspection reports, photographs, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Center Managers and other project team members to resolve quality issues.
- Escalate major non-compliance or operational issues to the reporting manager.




- Conduct surprise/periodic visits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Travel to different training centers as required.
- Perform other quality-related responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager/State Head.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in quality monitoring, auditing, training operations, skill development, education, or government projects preferred.
- Candidates with experience in DDU-GKY, Skill India, NSDC, PMKVY, or similar projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and MS Word.
- Strong observation and documentation skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify gaps and follow up on corrective actions.
- Willingness to travel to training centers across the assigned area.
- Knowledge of local language will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be systematic, observant, and comfortable conducting field visits and interacting with Center Managers, trainers, students, and project teams.

Prior experience in DDU-GKY or other government-funded skill-development projects will be an added advantage.
