Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors for engineering materials and project components.
- Prepare RFQs, comparative statements, negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with planning, stores, and accounts for timely material delivery and payment processing.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.
- Maintain and update the procurement database and MIS reports.
- Support management in cost optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Robust negotiation and analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems.
- Experience in engineering/manufacturing industry preferred.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor management abilities.
