Qualification: Pharm D
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to OPD, IPD, and emergency patients
- Handle casualty and emergency cases and stabilize patients
- Monitor admitted patients and assist consultants
- Perform basic medical procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Ensure patient safety and follow hospital/NABH protocols
- Coordinate with nursing and support staff
- Attend duty as per shift schedule
