Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and driven Creative Intern to support the development and execution of original podcast content. The ideal candidate should have an interest in storytelling, content development, research, and creative production, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with writers, hosts, production teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing original podcast concepts, formats, and creative ideas.
- Support writers, hosts, and creative teams in developing scripts, episode outlines, content plans, and pitch decks.
- Conduct research on podcast trends, audience preferences, relevant topics, and competitive formats.
- Assist with pre-production planning, including creative discussions, episode planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, direction, and post-production teams under the guidance of the creative team to support the smooth execution of podcast episodes.
- Assist in monitoring the creative quality, consistency, and continuity of podcast content throughout the production process.




- Track project timelines and episode deliverables and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Assist in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and other creative materials for internal reviews, client discussions, and platform pitches.
- Support the team in presenting and pitching creative concepts and presentations to clients and other stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in podcasts, digital content, television, films, or media production.
- Solid interest in storytelling, content development, and creative processes.
- Good research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and contribute new ideas.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in preparing presentations and pitch decks.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
