Shift: Permanent Night Shift
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Command Centre Executive to monitor operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth incident handling during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor operational activities and system alerts.
- Coordinate with teams for issue resolution and escalation.
- Maintain reports and update incident trackers.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
- Support overall command centre operations during the shift.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in a permanent night shift.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
