- Performance Tracking: prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve high-level customer issues.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, and provide accurate forecasts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience as a sales representative or manager, typically 2+ years.
- Leadership: Strong motivational and team-building skills.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical: Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
- Technical: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
