Leap India Stack Foundation (https://www.leapindia.org/) is an NGO that empowers underserved families to start a micro-enterprise and 2.5X their income within 300 days to permanently escape poverty. We are working with governments in UP, Bihar, Punjab & Haryana and scaling our model to 1,00,000 families. We give financial support to the beneficiaries and online + offline training to successfully run the business within 300 days. You will work with a stellar team of alumni from top-tier national & international institutions, gaining direct exposure to managing large-scale, data-driven social impact programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Control & Audits: Audit beneficiary records and business plans for process compliance, and review field meeting recordings for delivery and process quality.
- Beneficiary Data Collection: Collect accurate monthly and ongoing progress data from beneficiaries using structured formats and scripts. Track their month-on-month progress and resolve issues.
- MIS & Reporting: Maintain core Management Information Systems (MIS) and prepare detailed monthly and quarterly progress reports for internal leadership, donors, and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder & Auditor Representation:



Confidently represent the organization during visits from external auditors and partners, clearly explaining our processes, documentation, and program model.
- Operational Excellence & Special Projects: Take full end-to-end ownership of dynamic operational needs and critical tasks to ensure all project milestones are successfully met.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Graduate in any stream from a recognized college.
- Experience: 2+ years of full-time work experience in operations, project coordination, or administration.
- Location & Mobility: Must be based in Goa and have your own vehicle.
- Positive English, Hindi & Communication skills: Confident, presentable, and able to speak and write good English when interacting with team members, auditors, and partners.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: High attention to detail, comfortable working with spreadsheets (MS Excel / Google Sheets), MIS data, and digital documentation.
- High Ownership: A proactive go-getter who takes complete responsibility for their work and does whatever it takes to make the project succeed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
