Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible, well-organized, and proactive Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support day-to-day administrative and basic HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable working on a computer, and demonstrate ownership in handling tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic inquiries
- Maintain, organize, and update office files, records, and documentation
- Assist in basic HR tasks such as employee documentation, record maintenance, onboarding support and few more.
- Support inventory management and track office supplies




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day office operations
- Ensure the reception area and administrative processes are well-managed at all times

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with laptop/PC usage and basic tools (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to organize, manage, and maintain records efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and responsible approach to work

Preferred:

- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,822.37 - ₹20,000.00 per month
