About Greenvalley Kriyaalaya International School

Greenvalley Kriyaalaya is a school and community of passionate individuals committed to reimagining education and creating meaningful change in society.

We are among the pioneers in personalised education, with an individualised learning plan for every child. Our approach is designed around understanding each child's strengths, interests, learning needs and aspirations rather than treating every child the same.

We are now expanding our presence and are looking for energetic, articulate and highly driven people to join our core team and play a key role in building the school's parent community.

This is a role that requires strong communication, presentation, relationship-building and follow-up skills.

Role Summary

As an Admissions team member, you will be responsible for taking prospective parents through the complete admissions journey — from the first interaction and enquiry to school visit, counselling, follow-up and final admission.

You will be one of the most important faces of Greenvalley Kriyaalaya to prospective families.

The ideal candidate should be someone who can speak confidently to a room full of parents, conduct engaging presentations and workshops, understand what parents are looking for, communicate the school's value convincingly, build trust, handle objections and consistently convert enquiries into admissions.

This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent people skills and exceptional follow-up discipline.

Key Responsibilities1. Parent Counselling & Admissions Sales

- Handle enquiries from prospective parents and understand their child's educational needs, expectations and concerns.
- Present Greenvalley Kriyaalaya's philosophy, personalised learning approach, programmes and differentiators in a clear and compelling manner.
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions with parents and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Understand parent objections and concerns and respond with confidence, empathy and appropriate solutions.
- Take ownership of prospective parents through the complete admissions funnel — enquiry → counselling → school visit → application → admission.
- Follow up consistently with prospective families and move them towards a decision.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective parents throughout the admissions journey.
- Achieve defined admissions and conversion targets.

2. Presentations, Workshops & Parent Engagement

- Conduct engaging presentations for groups of prospective parents.
- Represent the school at parent meetings, community events, exhibitions,

workshops and outreach programmes.
- Conduct or assist in workshops on education, parenting, child development, personalised learning and related topics.
- Speak confidently to small and large groups and create enthusiasm and curiosity about the school.
- Deliver presentations that are informative, persuasive and aligned with the school's philosophy.
- Represent Greenvalley Kriyaalaya professionally at external events and community interactions.

3. Lead Generation & Community Outreach

- Identify and develop opportunities to generate quality admission enquiries.
- Participate in community outreach activities including RWA programmes, events, exhibitions, roadshows, school fairs, seminars and other relevant activities.
- Build relationships with communities, parent groups, organisations and other potential sources of admissions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert campaigns and outreach activities into qualified admission leads.
- Proactively identify new opportunities for reaching prospective parents.

4. Lead Management & Follow-up

- Maintain an accurate and updated database of prospective parents.
- Ensure every enquiry receives timely and appropriate follow-up.
- Track each prospective family through the admissions pipeline.
- Maintain detailed records of parent interactions, requirements, objections, next steps and follow-up dates.
- Demonstrate excellent follow-up discipline and the ability to remember important details about prospective families.
- Ensure that no promising lead is lost due to delayed or inadequate follow-up.
- Regularly review conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve the admissions process.

5. School Tours & Conversion

- Personally conduct or coordinate school tours for prospective parents and children.
- Create a warm and memorable experience for visiting families.
- Understand the family's priorities and connect the school's facilities, learning environment and approach to their specific needs.
- Follow up after school visits and guide families towards the next stage of admission.

6. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with academic, administrative and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.

- Ensure prospective parents receive accurate information and timely responses.
- Coordinate admission documentation and application processes.
- Provide regular updates on lead status, admissions pipeline and conversion performance.
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve the admissions process and parent experience.

- Ability to understand customer needs and build trust quickly.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent follow-up discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple prospective families simultaneously.
- Strong memory and attention to details about customers and conversations.
- High energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working towards measurable admission goals.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
- Professional appearance, confidence and maturity when interacting with parents.
- Willingness to work at events and during occasional weekends when required.
