We are looking for a Malayalam-speaking Telecaller to join our food industry team.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers regarding their food orders.
- Enquire about order details and confirm customer requirements.
- Follow up on orders and provide basic updates.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Coordinate with the operations team when required.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information.
Note: This is a non-sales role. There are no sales targets involved. The primary responsibility is to enquire about and coordinate customer orders.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
