- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, shakes, cold beverages, and other menu items as per NBC recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and beverage quality.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, equipment, and work area.
- Handle billing/POS transactions and maintain accurate order records.
- Check stock levels and support inventory management and replenishment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support opening and closing activities of the café.
- Work effectively as part of the café team during peak hours.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and service guidelines.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
