Job Title: Operations Officer – Disbursement (Home Loans)

The Operations Officer – Disbursement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Speed and Accuracy for Disbursement Entries
- Review KYC
- Review Income Documents
- Review Bank Statements
- Verify Property /Mortgage Documents

Required Language

- Speak and Read Marathi Fluently
- Localite of Bangalore or ready to re locate to Bangalore

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree

Required Language

Marathi Or Tamil (Any One) – Read, Write & Speak – All three mandatory.

Preferred Industry Experience

Housing finance/LAP/NBFC or similar experience with expertise using tools/software like Ziva

Work Location: In person
