Position: Shuttering & Scaffolding Foreman
Location: Factory
Experience: 5+ years preferred

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage factory labour and workers.
- Plan and distribute daily work among workers.
- Have valuable practical knowledge of shuttering and scaffolding manufacturing/assembly.
- Read and understand engineering/fabrication drawings.
- Explain drawings, dimensions, and work requirements to workers.
- Monitor fabrication, welding, cutting, drilling, grinding, and assembly work.
- Check dimensions and quality of finished products.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and required specifications.
- Monitor daily production and labour productivity.
- Coordinate with the factory manager/engineer regarding production requirements.
- Maintain discipline and ensure safe working practices on the factory floor.
- Identify production issues and solve day-to-day labour/work problems.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
