About the Role

We're looking for a Fresher Influencer Marketing Associate to support and grow our creator partnerships. This role is outstanding for someone who's naturally social, follows creators/trends closely, and enjoys the hustle of outreach and coordination. You don't need prior work experience : you need curiosity, hustle, and comfort navigating Instagram/YouTube culture.

You'll work under the marketing team, helping identify creators, manage outreach, and keep campaigns organized end-to-end.

What You'll Do

- Research and shortlist relevant influencers/creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Assist with outreach : sending briefs, negotiating basic terms, and following up
- Track deliverables, timelines, and content approvals for each collaboration
- Maintain an organized tracker of creator contacts, rates, and past collaborations
- Monitor live campaigns and flag posting delays or issues
- Compile basic performance reports (views, engagement, reach) after campaigns
- Stay on top of trending creators, formats, and platform trends relevant to our brand
