Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, sales, and operational excellence for our education business across the TN region. The role will oversee Online, Offline, and B2B business models and will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and leading high-performing regional teams.

This is a leadership role requiring strong business acumen, hands-on sales expertise, and deep experience in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & Business Development

- Develop and execute regional strategies to drive sustainable business growth
- Generate revenue through Online, Offline, and B2B education models
- Identify new business opportunities across cities and regions
- Work closely with senior management on regional expansion plans aligned with company goals

2. Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation

- Drive regional sales performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Design and implement regional sales strategies across education products and services
- Ensure branch-level profitability and performance optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, partners, and key stakeholders

3. Team Management & Development

- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional and branch-level teams
- Align teams with organizational goals and performance expectations
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and skill development




- Conduct performance reviews and manage KPIs to ensure target achievement

4. Operational Oversight

- Oversee day-to-day operations of all branches within the region
- Collaborate with branch heads and department leads for smooth operations
- Ensure high standards in service delivery, administration, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards

5. Marketing & Brand Management

- Lead regional marketing initiatives tailored to local markets
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams on brand-building campaigns, events, and promotions
- Plan and execute ATL & BTL lead generation activities
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine strategies

6. Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure adherence to regulatory, industry, and internal compliance standards
- Identify and mitigate operational, quality, and customer-related risks

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the education industry
- Proven experience in regional sales, business development, and operations
- Robust exposure to Online, Offline, and B2B education models
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Age: Up to 35 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
