- Handle client calls, emails, and queries.
- Coordinate on billing, claims, and payment issues.
- Follow up on pending claims and required documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain customer/client records and follow-ups.
- Escalate significant issues to the reporting manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information.
- Follow company policies and quality standards
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
