Restaurant Manager – QSR Industry

Location: Kolkata No. of Positions: 6 Experience: Minimum 2 years in QSR / Restaurant Industry Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Qualification: Graduate Employment Type: Full-Time.

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Restaurant Manager to manage day-to-day restaurant operations, lead the team, maintain service standards, and achieve sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning. Lead, train and motivate restaurant staff. Achieve sales and business targets. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns. Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards. Monitor inventory, wastage and operational expenses. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines. Manage staff scheduling and overall team performance.





REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years of experience in QSR / Restaurant Industry. Good English communication skills are mandatory. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer-handling and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented and responsible approach. Energetic, confident and professional personality. Immediate joiners preferred.
