About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers generated through digital marketing, understanding their property requirements, explaining suitable projects, and converting enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and connect with potential customers/leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google and other sources.
- Understand customers' requirements, budget, preferred location and property needs.
- Explain project details, specifications, pricing, payment plans and key USPs.
- Build rapport and maintain a professional relationship with prospective buyers.
- Regularly follow up with interested and non-responsive leads.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects for the sales team.
- Convince and motivate customers to schedule site visits/project meetings.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further negotiations.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and site-visit targets.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is essential; basic English is preferred.
- Good listening and probing skills.
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking with customers.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Experience:

- Freshers: Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Experienced: Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, telesales, insurance, banking or related sales will be an advantage.
