### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress, report status, and resolve on-site issues promptly.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality control.

- Manage site documentation, including reports and material logs.

### **Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- 3+ years of site management experience.

- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and regulations.





- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in project management software and MS Office.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
