Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle CX Service Cloud / Oracle Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood is MANDATORY.
- Solid functional knowledge of Oracle CX Service Cloud.
- Experience with Service Requests, Case Management, Knowledge Management, Queues, and Assignment Rules.
- Good understanding of customer service and contact-center business processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Knowledge of Oracle CX integrations with Oracle Fusion and third-party applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
