Astrins Technologies is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Trainee to join our team.

This is a good prospect for a fresher interested in marketing, social media, communication and business development. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Handle social media posts and promotional content using basic Canva/design skills
- Support digital marketing and lead generation
- Communicate and follow up with customers
- Maintain basic lead records
- Support sales and marketing activities
- Suggest new ideas to improve reach and enquiries

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome
- Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
- Basic computer and social media knowledge
- Basic Canva knowledge is an advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, willing to learn and interested in growing with the company.

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000/month during the 3-month probation period, with performance-based salary revision and incentives after probation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
