Sales & Marketing Intern – The RST Show

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to support the growth of The RST Show podcast. The intern will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential clients/guests, promoting podcast packages, and supporting marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for podcast packages, sponsorships and brand collaborations.
- Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and social media.
- Explain podcast packages and benefits to businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Assist in selling paid podcast seats and sponsorship opportunities.
- Identify potential brands and business owners for collaborations.
- Support social media and promotional marketing campaigns.
- Maintain daily lead,



follow-up and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, content and operations team.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and digital marketing.
- Confident in calling and communicating with clients.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
