Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern who wants to build practical experience in day-to-day e-commerce operations.

The role will involve working closely with the e-commerce team and handling product listings, marketplace operations, logistics coordination, order management, and customer support.

This role requires positive attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, clear communication, and a willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listing & Catalog Management

● Create and update product listings across e-commerce platforms
● Add and maintain:
○ Product titles
○ Product descriptions
○ Product images
○ Product prices
○ Product specifications
○ Product attributes
● Ensure product information is accurate and up to date
● Check product listings for errors and missing information
● Coordinate with the design and e-commerce team for product creatives and catalog requirements
● Monitor product listing status and resolve basic listing-related issues
● Maintain proper product and SKU data

Order & Logistics Management

● Monitor daily orders and order processing status
● Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for shipment-related issues
● Track:
○ Shipment status
○ Delivered orders
○ Undelivered orders
○ RTO orders
○ Delayed shipments
● Follow up on pending or problematic shipments
● Coordinate internally regarding dispatch and order-related issues




● Maintain basic logistics and order-related records
● Identify recurring delivery issues and report them to the team

Customer Support

● Handle basic customer queries related to:
○ Orders
○ Delivery
○ Product information
○ Returns
○ Exchanges
○ Order status
● Respond to customers professionally through available communication channels
● Coordinate with the logistics and internal team to resolve customer issues
● Maintain proper records of customer complaints and resolutions
● Escalate complex issues to the concerned team member

E-Commerce Operations

● Assist in day-to-day e-commerce operations
● Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock products to the team
● Check product availability across sales channels
● Assist in managing returns, exchanges, and cancellations
● Maintain daily operational reports
● Support the team in marketplace-related tasks and requirements
● Participate in e-commerce strategy and review meetings
● Take ownership of assigned operational tasks and complete them within deadlines

Experience Required

● Freshers are welcome to apply
● E-commerce / marketplace experience will be an advantage
● Internship experience in e-commerce, operations, customer support, or marketplace management is a plus




● Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is preferred
● Willingness to learn e-commerce platforms and tools
