- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students/customers.
- Understand their requirements and provide relevant information and guidance.
- Explain courses, programs, services, fees, and other key details clearly.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into admissions/enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Address queries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through effective communication.
- Coordinate with the sales/admissions team for smooth lead management.
- Requirements: Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge; prior telecalling experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
