Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, maintain strong relationships, and support customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, messages, and other channels.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
- Prepare basic reports and provide regular updates to the manager.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Customer Support, Telecalling, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
