- Make outbound calls to leads/enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals
- Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings, fee structure, and admission process
- Follow up consistently with leads to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/tracker
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and admission targets
- Coordinate with the front-office/admissions team for walk-in scheduling and documentation
- Build rapport with parents to address concerns and objections professionally

Requirements

- Graduate (fresher or up to 2 years' experience in telesales/counselling)
- From a Tier 1 college preferred (as applicable)
- Excellent verbal communication in English/Hindi (regional language a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with target-based work
- Basic computer/CRM proficiency

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
