Position Overview:
We are seeking a Process Associate to manage day-to-day operations, assist with order management, and ensure the smooth execution of our services. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end process of event bookings, from order confirmation to service delivery.
- Coordinate with the operations and decoration teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders.
- Monitor and maintain records of orders, client communications, and event schedules.
- Address customer inquiries and provide support through phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving any operational issues promptly.
- Assist in optimizing operational processes for greater efficiency.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, process management, or a similar role.




- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the events or e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and operational software.
