Job Title: Software Training Executive

Responsibilities:

- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on our TDS GST tax software, ensuring they are able to effectively use the software to manage their tax compliance.
- Software Demonstrations: Conduct software demonstrations for prospective clients, highlighting the features and advantages of our TDS GST tax software.
- Employee Onboarding: Assist with Employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to our software and providing software training & support as needed.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to client queries and concerns.
- Training Material Development: Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, manuals, and online tutorials, to ensure clients have access to comprehensive resources.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from clients and internal stakeholders, using this information to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to training programs and materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development,



to ensure alignment and effective communication of software capabilities and benefits.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Remain up-to-date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and software updates, ensuring that training programs and materials are current and relevant.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Taxation, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in TDS GST tax software training, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in TDS GST tax software, with excellent understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Training Experience: Proven experience in delivering training programs, with ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
