Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ Functional Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle CPQ solutions. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes, pricing, product configuration, quoting, approvals, and integration with Oracle and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes.
- Configure and implement Oracle CPQ Cloud based on business and functional requirements.
- Work on product configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting, and approval workflows.
- Configure commerce processes, quote management, and sales processes within Oracle CPQ.
- Work with business stakeholders to design and optimize CPQ solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and configuration documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations between Oracle CPQ, Oracle Fusion, CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.
- Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.




- Analyze and resolve functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct functional testing and support SIT/UAT activities.
- Provide user training and prepare functional user documentation where required.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle CPQ Functional Consultant.
- Robust hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Configure, Price, Quote business processes.
- Experience in Product Configuration, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote Management.
- Knowledge of approval workflows and commerce processes.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP/CRM or other enterprise applications.
- Understanding of CPQ integrations and end-to-end business processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Oracle CPQ implementation and enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of Oracle CPQ integration with Oracle Fusion, CRM, and third-party systems.
- Exposure to BML, Commerce Processes, Data Tables, and Configuration Rules from a functional perspective.
- Experience working in Agile/project-based environments.
- Oracle CPQ certification would be an added advantage.
