Role: Mechanical Design Intern

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

Job Type: 3 Month Paid Internship

Mode of Interview: Face to Face Interview

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of CAD modeling.
- Hands-on experience with CAD software such as Autodesk Fusion 360, Tinkercad, SolidWorks, or FreeCAD.(FreeCAD Preferred.)
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling techniques, prototyping, and simulation.
- Basic knowledge of 3D printing materials, such as PLA and ABS.
- Basic understanding of 3D-printing workflows.




- Understanding of development workflows and technical processes.
- Basic English and Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop product enclosures for electronic components.
- Develop and customize mechanical fixtures based on testing and product requirements.
- Design 3D models of couplers, adapters, brackets, sensor mounts, and other custom automation tools.
- Design of tools such as Fingerbot-based mechanisms and robotic arms for test automation.
- Collaborate with engineering and testing teams for requirements.

Educational Details: Only Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Candidates are preferred for this role.

Passed out Year: 2024, 2025,2026.

Freshers are mostly preferred for this role.
