Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Generation and Targets:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for motorcycles and accessories.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various sources like walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Promote and upsell additional products like accessories, service packages, and merchandise.
- Customer Interaction and Relationship Management:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing information about the brand, models,



and features of the motorcycles.
- Conduct test rides for customers and offer personalized advice on bike selection based on their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Driving License is mandatory and package depends on experience .
