Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred)
- Min 1–2 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations

- Coordinate onboarding and employee induction programs
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Assist in performance management and appraisal cycles
- Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Address employee queries and support conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation
- Coordinate training and development programs
