We are looking for an experienced Valuation Engineer to prepare professional valuation reports for Land & Building and/or Plant & Machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently prepare and finalise valuation reports.
- Analyse property documents, technical details, photographs and site inspection data.
- Carry out market research and analyse comparable rates.
- Apply appropriate valuation methodologies and calculations.
- Prepare reports for banks, financial institutions, corporates, capital gains and legal matters.
- Ensure reports are accurate, technically sound and submitted within timelines.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant valuation experience, OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant valuation experience.
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and report preparation.
- Good proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to independently prepare valuation reports.
- Candidates with experience in bank valuation reports will be preferred.
This is primarily a report-preparation role and requires robust valuation knowledge and attention to detail.
Salary: As per experience and expertise.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
