Job Overview

We are looking for a agile Healthcare Project & Operations Manager responsible for managing supply chain, projects, day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and business expansion initiatives. The candidate will drive operational efficiency while identifying and implementing opportunities to expand healthcare services and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

- Manage end-to-end procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and supply planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare suppliers, vendors, distributors, and service providers.
- Monitor stock availability, purchase requirements, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
- Optimize supply chain costs and ensure timely availability of healthcare products and materials.

Project Management

- Plan, execute, and monitor healthcare projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables, and operational targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, healthcare professionals, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement timely corrective actions.

Healthcare Operations

- Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth business functioning.
- Develop and improve operational processes, SOPs, workflows, and service standards.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare quality, safety, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Business Expansion & Growth

- Identify new opportunities to expand healthcare business, services, locations, partnerships, and operational capabilities.




- Conduct market research and analyze healthcare market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare institutions, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Support new healthcare projects, centres, services, and business initiatives from planning through execution.
- Work with management to develop strategies for revenue growth, market expansion, and operational scalability.

Required Skills

- Experience in Healthcare Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, or Healthcare Business Development.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, logistics, vendor management, and operations.
- Excellent project planning, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial and business-development mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Supply Chain software, MIS reporting, and project-management tools.
- Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Healthcare Management, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a relevant graduate degree.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
