Avnflex Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on digital marketing skilled who can strengthen our organic visibility, generate qualified B2B leads and build our presence across traditional and AI-powered search platforms.

This is not a coordination-only position. We need someone who can independently execute, analyse and continuously improve our digital marketing engine.

Key responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute SEO strategies for India and international markets
✅ Manage technical, on-page and off-page SEO
✅ Plan and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
✅ Improve landing pages and website conversion rates
✅ Manage Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and conversion tracking
✅ Build dashboards for leads, quotations, pipeline and campaign ROI
✅ Conduct keyword, competitor and search-intent research
✅ Create SEO-ready briefs for product pages, blogs and case studies
✅ Implement AEO and GEO strategies for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and AI-powered search
✅ Work with schema markup, internal linking, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools




✅ Coordinate and execute website backend updates
✅ Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for research, content workflows, campaign analysis and automation
✅ Integrate digital campaigns with CRM and lead-management processes

What we’re looking for:

- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO and performance marketing experience
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM and Search Console
- Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS and technical SEO
- Understanding of AEO, GEO, structured data and AI-search visibility
- Experience in B2B, manufacturing, exports or industrial marketing will be preferred
- Ability to optimise for qualified leads—not just clicks and website traffic
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- A portfolio or case studies showing measurable business results

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
