DESIGNATION: RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

ROLE DEFINITION

The candidate will be primarily responsible for handling Online Research, Verification and Online/Offline Entry of the data for the projects aligned to him/her. He needs to regularly deliver the high-performance numbers, benchmark quality, greater turn-around time, and improvements in the process.

RESPONSIBILITY
DELIVERABLE

- Web Research to identify new information or verify existing details, as provided by the client
- Copy/Paste Data from one channel to another while ensuring accurate data entry to avoid errors
- Planning and managing workflow, productivity, turn-around time, and quality standards
- Apply logical thinking skills to read data & charts to identify gaps
- Learn and implement current methods and techniques to enhance self-performance and increase value in the process

TASKS & ACTIVITIES

- WEB RESEARCH:
- Information research across multiple platforms (Project specific) to cater client requirements Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed to research any information on the web
- Ensuring data authenticity with proven methods of verification and validation process
- Keeping the additional information researched for future references or audit purposes
- DATA ENTRY:
- Copy/paste the data with expected accuracy (per defined KPI)
- Capturing the data in the specific fields only (offline/online).
- Self-audit of data to ensure no errors are delivered.
- PERFORMANCE:





Constantly improving performance in the top-line KPI’s such as Productivity (numbers), Quality, Turn Around Time, Discipline (Behavior) and Attendance.

- VALUE-BUILDING:
- Understand the scope of work to ensure right performance per KPI definitions.
- Learning new methods, tools & processing techniques from peers to deliver continuous performance improvements.
- Suggesting new thoughts and ideas, which would enable value-building and innovation in the process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
