Key Responsibilities:

- Logistics Operations:
- Oversee all aspects of logistics within the Branch, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to the right locations.
- Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to meet business objectives.
- Vendor & Franchise Development in Punjab and surrounding Areas
- Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Supplier Management:
- Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics providers (e.g., transportation companies, warehouses).
- Ensure that logistics providers meet performance standards and quality requirements.
- Compliance:
- Ensure that all logistics operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Budgeting and Cost Management:
- Develop and manage the logistics budget for the region.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures.




- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in logistics management, with a strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. (8-10 years’ experience as Manager in Logistics.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and make sound decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
