Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our Software Solutions Company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting and selling software solutions, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales. Experience in software, IT, SaaS, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, references, online leads, and field visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively explain software features and benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
- Stay updated on products, competitors, and market trends.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.
- Candidates with experience in software/IT/SaaS sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Solid ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
- Comfortable with calling, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
