Job Responsibilities
Make calls to potential customers and generate leads
Explain services to customers
Follow up with customers regularly and maintain good relationships
Maintain accurate call records and customer information
Coordinate with the Pricing Team and Operations Team
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
Hyderabad-based candidates preferred
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Positive convincing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
