Gammatack is looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer(MERN Stack) who can build

scalable web applications from scratch. The ideal candidate should have strong experience

in modern frontend and backend technologies, API development, database management,

and cloud deployment. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and

engineering teams to build secure, high-performance, and enterprise-grade applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications using modern frontend and

backend technologies.

 Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces while ensuring high performance and cross-

browser compatibility.

 Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services where required.

 Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and write efficient, scalable queries.

 Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality

solutions.

 Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms while following security and

coding best practices.

 Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and engineering

standards.

 Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and performance.

 Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of

development processes.

Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.





 Experience with Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.

 Valuable understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

 Experience with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

 Familiarity with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth), security best practices,

CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

 Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern web

development practices.

 Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills

 Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude

Code, Windsurf, or ChatGPT.

 Experience leading a small team or mentoring junior developers.

 Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq, or

Llama.

 Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector

databases and embedding models.

 Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and developing MCP Servers or AI tool

integrations.

 Experience designing AI workflows, agentic AI systems, multi-agent architectures, or AI

automation.

 Experience building SaaS, enterprise, or AI-powered applications.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,874,041.65 per year
