Job Summary

We are hiring Telecaller / Telesales Executives for a Voice Process handling Home Loan and Personal Loan/OD products.

The role involves speaking with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable loan products, generating leads, following up with interested customers, and supporting the loan sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Explain Home Loan and Personal Loan/OD products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Explain basic eligibility and documentation requirements.
- Generate and qualify loan leads.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for further loan processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Eligibility

- 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Commerce graduates preferred.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good Hindi & English communication skills – speaking and writing.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Incentives

Home Loan – MoRT Process:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + High Incentives

Personal Loan / OD Process:
₹14,000 – ₹18,000/month + High Incentives

Working Details

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Salary Date: 8th of every month
- Job Location: Noida Sector 2
