We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growth team. In this full time, in-office role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of analytical digital marketing expertise and a firm grasp of sales funnel dynamics. You should know not just how to get clicks, but how to convert audience attention into measurable business revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Core Marketing & Campaign Execution

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and key social channels.
- Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to boost organic visibility and performance.
- Create and curate high-converting marketing content, email sequences, and landing page messaging tailored to target buyer personas.
- Manage social media content calendars and maintain an active, engaging brand presence.

Sales Alignment & Lead Generation

- Track and optimize lead generation flows from initial click to conversion, collaborating directly with the sales team to ensure lead quality.
- Analyze buyer behavior, campaign data, and market trends to align digital initiatives with revenue targets.




- Implement lead nurturing and re-marketing workflows to re-engage prospective clients.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track daily campaign performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL) using Google Analytics and advertising managers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting dashboards to share actionable insights with leadership.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copies, creative assets, and landing page designs to improve conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role within a business/agency setting.
- Work Arrangement: 100% In-Office (Must be willing to commute to our Kakkanad Kochi office daily).
- Domain Knowledge: Thorough understanding of modern sales and marketing alignment, buyer journeys, and lead generation funnels.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console).
- Proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics 4).
- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and basic CRM tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
