We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Zonal Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations within a designated geographical zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive zonal sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and sales executives, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate training and development programs for the sales team.




- Establish and maintain solid, long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners within the zone.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage the zonal sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal utilization to maximize profitability.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and generate detailed reports for senior management on a regular basis.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional activities within the zone to enhance brand visibility and product penetration.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team, assess market conditions, and identify areas for improvement.
