We are looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our ENT Hospital team.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patient registrations, appointments, and front desk operations efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
- Manage appointments and patient inquiries.
- Handle phone calls and maintain patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff for smooth operations.
- Perform general administrative and front-office duties.

Shift Requirements:

- Must be willing to work night shifts and rotational shifts as required.
