Position: Graphic Designer
Location: Pune, Maharashtra - Dhankawadi Pune - Satara Road.
Salary: ₹21,000–₹25,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Alternate Saturdays Off

Requisites:

- Relevant experience in graphic design, preferably with an agency or creative studio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW and Canva.
- Working knowledge of other relevant Adobe Creative Suite software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colours, layout and composition.
- Experience creating social-media creatives, digital advertisements and campaign designs.
- Experience with branding, marketing collaterals, print and digital design.
- Ability to understand client briefs and convert them into creative concepts.
- Fluent spoken and written English, Hindi and Marathi – mandatory.
- Positive communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Portfolio or previous design work is mandatory.

Nice to Have:

- Basic video-editing skills.
- Experience working with multiple brands and industries.
- Knowledge of motion graphics.
- Experience coordinating directly with clients.
- Ability to prepare print-ready artwork and production files.

Responsibilities:

- Create social-media posts, campaign creatives and digital advertisements.




- Develop branding materials and marketing collaterals based on client requirements.
- Understand design briefs and develop relevant creative concepts.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for requirements, feedback and approvals.
- Maintain visual consistency across different brand touchpoints.
- Handle print and digital design requirements.
- Manage multiple client projects, priorities and deadlines.
- Make design revisions based on internal and client feedback.
- Ensure all creatives meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Support the team with basic video-editing requirements whenever needed.
