An Enamel Copper Winding Wire QC Incharge oversees the quality control department to ensure that the winding wires meet company standards and customer specifications. This involves managing a team, implementing quality procedures, and working closely with production to address and resolve quality issues.

Management and leadership

- Supervise and train a team of QC inspectors, ensuring they follow proper procedures and work efficiently.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the quality control department.
- Liaise with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues in the manufacturing process.

Quality assurance and control

- Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures for raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality specifications, including dimensions, enamel thickness, and overall material properties.




- Oversee the testing and inspection of materials using methods such as visual inspections, mechanical tests, and electrical tests.
- Manage non-conformances and corrective actions to address product defects.

Documentation and reporting

- Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, tests, and inspection results.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, detailing performance and any issues.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed correctly for all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.

Technical knowledge

- Possess a strong technical understanding of enamelled copper winding wire manufacturing, materials, and processes.
- Interpret technical specifications and blueprints to ensure product compliance.
- Ensure that all quality control equipment, such as micrometers and voltage testers, is properly calibrated and maintained.

Continuous improvement

- Develop and implement initiatives to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Pay: ₹26,813.70 - ₹46,523.60 per month
