We are looking for a detail-oriented CSR & Prepress Designer to manage service orders while providing customer support and preparing artwork for production.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of graphic design, prepress, and customer service skills, with robust attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced printing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage service orders received through the assigned website and email.
- Review, adjust, and prepare customer artwork according to prepress and printing requirements.
- Perform basic preflight checks to identify issues that may affect print production.
- Verify document size, bleed, margins, resolution, fonts, colors, and other technical file specifications.
- Make necessary artwork corrections and adjustments to ensure files are print-ready.
- Review PDFs and other customer files for potential production issues before sending them to Prepress or Production.
- Prepare and deliver customer files and PDF proofs according to specifications.
- Review customer comments and ensure all required changes are reflected in the artwork and order documentation.
- File preparation, imposition requirements, and production specifications.
- Generate production dockets and forward completed orders to the Prepress Department.
- Provide customers with estimated production and delivery dates.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders and proofs in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Sales, Prepress,



and bilingual staff when additional support is required.
- Escalate Rush orders, urgent requests, and technical issues requiring supervisor attention.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Maintain accurate order information and provide daily updates to the supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience in graphic design, prepress, customer service, or print production.
- Good understanding of commercial printing and prepress workflows.
- Experience preparing and reviewing print-ready PDF files.
- Ability to identify and correct common artwork and file-preparation issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Enfocus PitStop is an asset.
- Previous experience in the printing or graphic arts industry is preferred.
- English communication skills are required.

We are looking for someone who can comfortably combine customer service with technical graphic production and prepress skills. The right candidate should be organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable reviewing customer artwork, troubleshooting file issues, preparing proofs, and ensuring files are ready for production.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
