Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records
- Run scheduled batch jobs and system backups
- Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain logs of system operations, errors, and resolutions
- Assist in updating software and performing routine maintenance
- Coordinate with IT and support teams for system-related tasks
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality during processing
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
