About Banjara Trail

Banjara Trail is a contemporary fashion brand rooted in Indian craftsmanship, artisanal detailing and expressive design. We are looking for a Fashion Consultant to join our Delhi store and become an integral part of our customer experience.

About the Role

As a Fashion Consultant, you will be the face of Banjara Trail in-store. You will work closely with customers to understand their personal style, occasion and requirements, and help them discover pieces that feel right for them.

The role combines fashion, styling, customer service and store experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers with a warm, personalised approach
- Understand customer preferences, requirements and occasions
- Recommend outfits and styling options based on individual needs
- Assist customers with wedding, festive, occasion and everyday fashion requirements
- Explain product details, fabrics, craftsmanship and design elements
- Help customers create complete looks and make confident purchase decisions
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers
- Follow up with clients when required
- Maintain the visual presentation and overall aesthetics of the store
- Ensure products are organised, displayed and presented appropriately
- Support day-to-day store operations




- Maintain a strong understanding of Banjara Trail's collections and brand aesthetic
- Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism and excellent communication

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Experience

Prior experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, styling or customer-facing roles will be preferred.

Freshers with strong fashion knowledge, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in styling are also welcome to apply.
